EXHIBIT INFORMATION
In-Person Booth SPECS: One 8x10 Exhibit space includes side rails and backdrop with pipe and drape and a company ID sign. Additional furnishings and materials can be ordered through the event General Contractor for on-site event. Information for ordering will be provided in your exhibitor kit.

Please note that this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated viewing times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

Exhibit hall open from 10:00am - 6:30pm
7:15 - 9:30am Exhibitor Set-up
10:00 – 10:45am Coffee Break - Dedicated Viewing
3:05 – 3:45pm Refreshment Break - Dedicated Viewing
5:15 – 6:15pm Welcome Reception - Dedicated Viewing
Tuesday, August 25
Exhibit hall open from 10:30am - 4:45pm
10:30 - 11:30am Coffee Break - Dedicated Viewing
4:05 – 4:45pm Refreshment Break - Dedicated Viewing
4:45 – 6:30pm Exhibit Dismantle

EARLY BREAK-DOWN: Exhibitors must breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Conference Organizer. Exhibitors that break-down prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early break-down penalty fee.
